Are you looking to evolve as a stylist and broaden your view on hair? Are you ready to be inspired as a hair stylist and knock the walls off the boundaries of how you approach cutting and dressing hair? Well, my friend…welcome! Go ahead and pull up a chair and let’s talk about looking at hair through a new lens! We won’t just learn a cool hair cut or 2. My goal is for you to walk away with tools and techniques to be able to create and ADD to any hair cut.

Hair Is Fabric:
In-Person & Zoom Workshops
We deep dive into the why’s of hair cutting and styling as it relates to looking at hair as a fabric. We will start by breaking down the different fabrics of hair and how to spot them. When to use a cream vs a mousse? Can more than one fabric coexist on one head? We’ll use visuals to really explore and learn together. Expect to see a demo of a haircut & style by using a variety of techniques to allow you to really visualize and be able to immediately apply behind the chair. I encourage you to follow along with a mannequin if you have one, but no worries if you don’t; feel free to take notes and ask questions as we go.
